The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a Non Personal services contract for a Dental Hygienist. Duties are to be performed at the the Federal Prison Camp, located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, North Carolina. The services are to provide Dental Hygienist services to the inmate population, to include providing dental cleaning and dental hygiene education, dental screening and examination, referral to dentists. The contractor will be responsible for submitting written reports, evaluations, and operation plans for the Dental Department, typewritten form, using a computer (Wordperfect), verified by the contractor's signature and handed personnally to the Health Services Administrator. Dental Hygienist must be licenced, and certified in the state of North Carolina. Graduate of an approved Dental Hygienist School. This contract will include a base year not to exceed (12) twelve months from date of award, with four (4), one (1) year option periods for renewal. Estimated number of sessions for the base year = 288, (two (2) sessions per day, three (3) days a week, one (1) session equals four (4) hours in length.) Option Year #1 estimated sessions = 288, Option Year #2 estimated sessions = 288, Option Year #3 estimated sessions = 288, Option Year #4 estimated sessions = 288.
