The contract will be for a Base year with three one-year options, with a $500,000 ceiling for each year. Delivery order amounts will range from a minimum of $1,500 each, to a maximum of $150,000. SELECTION CRITERIA: The contract will require experience in: Cost Estimating for each required discipline including architecture; civil; electrical; mechanical; structural; fire protection; and interior design. The cost estimates shall be prepared utilizing IBM/MS-DOS compatible ''Composer Plus M-CACES Edition'' estimating software. The selected firm must demonstrate experience utilizing IBM/MS-Dos compatible ''M-CACES Composer Gold'' estimating software. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
