Garcia The purpose of this procurement is to provide marketing services to advise on a strategic marketing plan, explain details of the Division of Federal Occupational Health's past marketing history, provide technical professional advice on the use of the program materials and methods by FOH staff and contract occupational health professionals, and to service as the primary point-of-contact for new federal agency customers. According to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ms. Colleen Johnson, 8804 Harness Trail, Potomac, MD 20854. Ms. Johnson is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
