The Naval Reserve Readiness Command Region Thirteen intends to award a Firm, Fixed Price contract for catering services. Contract begins January 1, 1996 concluding September 30, 1997 for the base year, with two option years to begin October 1, 1997 concluding September 30, 1999. The service will be provided simultaneously to the Naval Reserve Center in Perrysburg, Ohio and Camp Perry in Port Clinton, Ohio. The contract requires hot meals, served buffet style and box lunches for approximately 171 authorized Naval Reservists two weekends (Saturday and Sunday) per month. The contractor will need to provide servers, condiments, plastic eating utensils, disposable plates, cups and napkins and all necessary serving equipment.
