Options to include: personal 800 number, voice messaging, nationwide service. (B) twenty-five (25) alphanumeric pagers - able to receive and display text messages as well as phone numbers. These pagers must also receive NEWS updates each day. Options to include: personal 800 number, nationwide service (fulltime) voice mail and operation dispatch service. Service must be capable nationwide with no non-serviceable areas. Satellite transmission is a must, to ensure a minimum of ''blast out'' areas. Pager service must include a page recall feature that stores pages when the pager has been turned off. Must have at least two different coverage plans available: nationwide - coverage in the complete United States at all times.
