The general intention of this contract is to provide and secure repair of roofs, the complete installation of new roof systems to existing structures at various locations, and any necessary preparatory work as required to make structures complete and ready for use. This is an indefinite quantity contract which includes, but not limited to, the demolition and removal of various existing roofing systems, flashing, counterflashing, cants, curbs, fascia, drip edge, roof insulation, decking, gutters, and downspouts, blocking, and other incidental related work. The work shall be located at Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Solomons Annex, Solomons, Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, Maryland. The minimum guarantee will be $200,000.00. The estimated cost range for the base year is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The contract term will be for a period of one year with an additional 2 twelve month option periods.
