Description of Project: The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to Construct Military Vehicle Fuel Station to include, excavation, backfill, asphalt and concrete work, two structural Steel canopies, install 3 government furnished 10,000 gallon above ground tanks, 2 tank filling pumps, 3 tank pumps, relocate and install vehicle identification reader, provide six (6) fuel dispensing units, provide a 8' x 14' pre-engineered steel building, relocate and reinstall an existing generator. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 2 Dec 96. Bid Opening will be on or about 31 Dec 96. Performance period is 180 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $250,00 and $500,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1799. (317)
