15 -- CY 1997 DEPOT REPAIR WITH TWO ONE YEAR OPTIONS SOL DAAJ09-96-R-0526 POC Darlene Odom, Contracting Officer, AMSAT-A-PMAB, 314-263-0697. The government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to provide depot level repair of TADS/PNVS components and concurrent spare parts for support of the AH-64 Aircraft. The basic period of performance shall be from 1 Jan 97 through 31 Dec 97 with two one year options for CYs 1998 and 1999. This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. See Note 22. (0320)
