NAVSEA intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Oceanic Division, P.O. Box 1488, Annapolis MD 21404 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The contract will include a base year and three option years for a maximum total of 25 kits. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the system developer and sole source producer of the AN/AQS-14 Sonar Detecting Set.
