The following information is hereby included in the above referenced CBD(s). Submittals from interested firms having the capability to perform this work must be submitted by the close of business November 29,1996. The following changes are made to the previous notice: (1) Overall contractor project supervision and oversight shall be performed by a certified of licensed professional engineer or certified photogrammetrist with demonstrated skills in all phases of this announcement. (2) Prime/Lead contractors must submit documents for entire team including subcontractors, consultants, and other members of the consortium. The prime contractor shall submit one SF-255 for the entire team along with SF-254s for each subcontract, consultant, and memeber of the consortium.
