Jones, Contracting Officer (301) 443-6550 DHHS/PSC/AOS/Division of Acquisition Management, ADP intends to renew the subscription for Lexis-Nexis under the Library of Congress's FEDLINK Basis Ordering Agreement (BOA) for FY97. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. This requirement is for on-line electronic retrieval from databases which give full text access to legal information and news from over 140 national and international publications and wire services. This service provides for information in the areas of legislation, regulation, business, financial, public record, medical, current affairs, and news wire stories. Legislative databases include access to case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews and specialty publications. No solicitation is available, therefore requests having the ability to provide the services stated above must submit written notification that demonstrates their ability to satisfy the requirement to the attention of Dianne Frank, referencing 97X026402. If no affirmative responses are received within 30 days from the date this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer will proceed with this acquisition to Lexis-Nexis. (0320)
