Dean, Contracting Officer, 904-882-4418 ext. 5266. The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC), Eglin AFB FL, has a requirement for removal and disposal of medical waste. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the storage, pickup, transportation, and disposal of packaged medical waste generated at Eglin Hospital, Eglin AFB, FL. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall be a Florida registered/permitted medical waste hauler. The method of disposal will be incineration. The basic performance period will be 01 Feb 97 through 31 Sep 97 with four one-year options. This action will be 100% small business set-aside.
