Principles of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with not less than five years exp. in the type of testing and inspection required by the terms, conditions and specifications. Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing and inspection, must have not less than one year full time exp. in the duties performed under this contract. Testing services are required during the entire construction period which is est. at 1000 calendar days.
