Period of performance shall be for one year beginning the date of award with four one year options. prospective offerors must have qualified personnel with factory training and a minimum of three years of experience in the servicing of similar types of elevators and wheelchair lifts and shall be assigned to perform the inspection and maintenance work on the contract. Qualified technicians shall submit proof of three years experience and the contractor must submit proof of performing inspection, testing and repair for three prior years. Certification is essential. Qualifications of all technicians to be assigned to work on this contract shall be submitted with the offer. Successful offeror must maintain a local parts supply within fifty Miles of DSCC sufficient to correct most system failures. Parts shall be in stock and available within twenty-four hours at no additional cost to the government. This solicitation is unrestricted.
