The National Naval Medical Center has a requirement for the Gastroenterolog Department. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced preventive maintenance contract to OEC Medical Systems Inc., for their Model 9600, Serial # 69-1304. C-Arm. The period of performance will be from date of award through 30 September 1997 for a base year and four (4) option years. Service will include two (2) preventive maintenance inspections, parts, labor, travel and software upgrades. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. There will be no solicitation issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). (320)
