The U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, contract field service, Representatives (CFSRs) on location and in support of the OH-58D aircraft, systems and components manufactured by the contractor and supplied to the government. This is a sole source requirement to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., FAR 6.302-1 is applicable to this proposed procurement. The proposed contract actions are for services for which the Government does not have adequate data available to permit full and open competition.
