S -- PROVIDE AIR PROPANE SERVICE, TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT, PENNSYLVANIA POC Denise Mellinger, 410-962-3471 This is a request for the procurment of air propane or providing an air propane tank farm at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. The following specifications apply to this market survey: (a) Primary business (at least 10 years record) is to building, own and maintain an air propane tank farm. (b) The demand of the air propane tank farm will be 320,000 to 480,000 m BTU's per year. (c) Primary business shall have an experienced staff for dealing with Government procurement regulations and contract sales. (d) The construction of the air propane tank farm must be complete and ready to sell air propane to the facility within 8 (eight) months after a formal contract is executed.
