The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for printing and printing related services. These services include but are not limited to the following: typesetting, graphics, duplicating, bindery services, design and layout, electronic image setting, digital scanning, etc. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 2759, Commercial Printing, N.E.C., size standard 500 employees, will be used for this requirement. We anticipate issuing multiple BPA's for these services. The Request for Proposal will be released approximately 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
