Box 1625, Idaho Falls, ID 83415-3805; a management and operating contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE) at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory is seeking parties interested in a potential cooperative research and development and licensing opportunity with LMITCO, the prime operating contractor for the Department of Energy at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL). LMITCO is soliciting a written indication of interest from coil tubing manufacturers who would consider entering into a cooperative research and licensing agreement. Participants will be expected to provide technical expertise and have the financial and organizational structure to financially support the project and to participate in the commercialization of the technology. Participants must have existing coil tubing sensor intellectual property and be willing to merge this with LMITCO intellectual property to be developed in the project. This is not an opportunity to provide goods or services to LMITCO or the Department of Energy. This request for Interest will close to response 20 days after publication.
