Grumman Corp Commercial-Off-The-Sheld (COTS) computer/peripheral
equipment. Original equipment manufacturer Northrup Grumman Corp,
Electronic Sensors and Systems Div, Combat Support Systems. Simplified
Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR part 13. To obtain

anticipated award date will be 31 Jan 97. Written procedure will be
used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or
