Maintenance shall consist of preventive and emergency maintenance in accordance with NSWC Crane Statement of Work. Period of Performance is one year plus two one-year options. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery will be FOB Crane. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Rigaku/USA, Inc., Northwoods Business Park, 199 Rosebud Drive, Danvers, MA 01923 due to required access to the company's proprietary information for maintenance/repair of this equipment.
