Q -- ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND IMAGING SERVICES SOL RFP 529-5-97 DUE 010997 POC Carol Callihan, (412) 477-5052 Provide technical support and professional interpretation by a board certified physician to perform and interpret lower and upper PV's, venous imaging, echo cardiograms, cardiac dopplers, and carotid, using VA owned equipment, at the VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. Services are required every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during normal working hours. The number of hours per day will vary according to the workload. Also, included is providing the same services on an emergency basis. An emergency is considered any hours outside the normal working hours. Contractor must respond within one (1) hour from notification for emergency calls. Readings, interpretations and reporting of findings must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours after services are performed. Contract period is for one year from date of award, with 2-one year options to renew. Solicitations available on or about 12/5/96 by written request to the issuing office. (0323)
