Description of Work: Upgrade of existing 4,000 square foot motor pool facility, including reconfiguration of the administrative, break, and toilet areas. Relocate electrical service to mechanical room and completely rewire the facility. Replace HVAC system and provide new overhead tailpipe exhaust system. Replace overhead bay doors. Install new compressor and compressed air system. Install drain piping from maintenance pits to an existing oil/water separator. Provide exterior lighting and route OH exterior electrical line to underground. Replace all passageway doors and windows. Abate asbestos pipe insulation, floor tile, and transite board. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $250,000 to $500,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $40. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
