Description of Work: The work will consist of the construction of a 57,490 GSF single story Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic. Facility includes administration areas, examination rooms, laboratories, x-ray, physical therapy, pharmacy and patient waiting areas. Work to include all plumbing, medical gases, alarms, HVAC, electrical and other required systems designed to make the facility complete and usable. Support facilities will include utilities, parking, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, site improvements and storm drainage. Operation and maintenance manuals will be required.
