SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the Mugu Neighborhood Park, enhance two existing playgrounds, and construct one new playground. This work also includes the relocation of four single-family residential units, undergrounding of overhead utilities, and the construction of new underground utilities, drainage structures, residential street, off-street parking, sidewalks, driveways, playground curbing, manufactured metal shade pavillion, playground equipment, masonry sign wall and sign, fencing irrigation, and landscaping. Restoration of interior finishes of two residential units is required, as is the restoration of exterior finishes on four relocated residential units. Demolition, clearing and grubbing, decorative excavation and embarkment, topsoil import and placement and all other incidental related work. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract duration is 300 calendar days. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17million.
