In addition a new hydraulic elevator and van sallyport is to be constructed. The entire building will be provided with a new sprinkler system, and a new fire alarm system, and have asbestos abatement, and seismic retrofit and complete interior and exterior painting. The proposed procurement is Normal Full and Open. The cost Range is between: $1 to $5 Million. The estimated construction time is 270 calendar days. Specifications will be limited to three (3) sets per contractor based on availability.
