WIESNOSKI, 213-894-3852 Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000 to $1.6 million. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $10 million. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined I the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make up to five awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000 may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. The contracts will be for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year unilateral options on the part of the Government.
