Synopsis #024 which appeared in the October 30, 1996 issue of the Commerce Business Daily and effected Request for Proposal (RFP) N00140-96-R-H153 for the manufactur of approximately 5,000 each personal computers is hereby modified as follows: Item 0001 is for personal comcputers with the basic configuration as described below estimated quality 5,000 each.
