The NTIS CD-ROM and Multimedia Production Services (CAMPS) will assist Federal agencies who want to produce 5.25'' Floppy Diskettes, 3.5'' Microdiskettes, 3.5'' Floptical Diskettes, 9 Track Reel to Reel Magnetic Tape, 3480/3490 Tape Cartridges, Quarter Inch Data Cartridges, 8mm Exabyte Tape Cassettes, and 4mm Digital Data Tape Cassettes. (These output media are examples and should not be considered fully inclusive.) It is our intent to make multiple awards of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA). The period of performance under the BOA will be five years, subject to annual review. Competitive RFQs/RFPs for specific Task Orders will be issued to all holders of the BOA, and individual awards for each order will be based on past performance and price competition among BOA holders. Electronic Media Recording (EMR) Task Orders will include recording/duplicating magnetic and magneto optical media from masters, affixing labels to media duplicates, inserting media into proper packaging, imprinting sleeves and other packaging, imprinting documentation for inclusion with the media, drop shipping media to specified clients, and bulk shipping media to specified clients. Delivery Schedules will be specified on individual Task Orders and may be from 5 to 20 workdays, depending on the complexity of the requirement. Approximately 75 - 100 firm-fixed price orders, with estimated values from $1,000 to $75,000 will be issued during the life of the BOA.
