Due to the fragile condition of the French and Cadmus murals, it is necessary to restrict consideration for award of the contract to offerors proposing to perform all of the conservation/restoration work within 105 miles of Washington DC. GSA will ship the murals from their current location, near Washington DC, to the awardee's location for performance of the contract work. After all conservation/restoration work is completed, GSA will arrange for transport of the murals to the Powell Courthouse in Richmond, VA.
