Work will be to remove and replace certain existing walls, doors, windows, ceiling, wall and floor finishes, etc., construction of building additions to all units including built-up roofing with marble chip surfacing, construction of concrete patios, stoops and walks, installation of gutters and downspouts, some bathroom and kitchen renovations and piping replacement. Project also includes all electrical and mechanical work associated with the renovation. Estimated dollar range is between $5 Million and $10 Million. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business.
