Work consists of but is not limited to: minor asbestos abatement, HVAC and ductwork removal and installation, electrical enhancements, architechtural renovations which include wall construction, painting and other finishes, lighting upgrade, doors and hardware, all with a strong emphasis on upgrading and meeting ADA standards.
