Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5212 with DRS/Technology Applications and Service Co., Technical Services Division, 200 Professional Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. Orders will be issued for repair parts and repair effort (including emergency repair), alterations, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance of the AN\SPS-40E(V)2 Radar System including all material and services incidental to such work. In appropriate cases, any repair, alteration or overhaul may be handled by issuance of an order to cover opening and inspection of equipment by the Contractor to determine the extent of repair, alteration or overhaul work which the Contractor may be required to provide. Orders will be issued pusuant to 10. U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). DRS/Technology Applications and Service Company is one of a limited number of responsible sources which possess the knowledge, experience, tooling and necessary equipment to support the required AN\SPS-40 Radar tasks, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements.
