solicitation will be evaluated based on the overall best value to the
Government, and on past performance. Rest of CBD notice is unchanged as
follows: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into
a one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for
delivery to Federal Prison Industries, U.S. Penitentiary Terre Haute,
Indiana. UNICOR APECS No. YRN0001 estimated Maximum 2,000,000 pounds of
Cotton Yarn, 100%, size 13.5/1 with a 480 to 4.90 twist to be well
carded and evenly spun. 74 Grains per skein and a minimum breaking
point of 125 pounds. Minimum guaranteed amount is 315,000 pounds.
Delivery is 30 days after each delivery order. Delivery order
limitations are Minimum 35,000 LBS per shipment and Maximum 70,000 LBS
per shipment. Bid sample required of three cone bid sample to be sent
for evaluation at bidder's expense. Samples will not be returned to
