CORRECTION: This synopsis is being issued in response to questions to Synopsis MNK 97-002 Air Superiority Missile Technology (ASMT) Program Parts 1 and 2 published in the Commerce Business Daily on 8 Nov 96. The Technical/Management Proposal (Volume 1) should be limited to a total of 126 pages, which consists of 100 pages for technical/management approach and a maximum of 13 two-page foldout pages (26 pages). Pages in excess of the specified 100 pages for technical/management approach and 13 two-page foldout pages will be removed and returned to the offeror before evaluation starts. Proposals submitted should address all requirements of the program (Phase I through Phase IV). Data should be provided with unlimited rights. Any additional Government Furnished Property not identified in the previous synopsis should be identified in the proposal. The Executive Summary is not included in the page limitation.
