Ginnie Mae, a wholly-owned Government corporation which provides a secondary market for government insured/guaranteed loans through its Mortgage-Backed Securities programs, is soliciting for contract services to provide financial assistance and technical support. The contractor will advise and assist Ginnie Mae's Office of Finance in evaluating, developing, integrating and implementing management information, risk analysis and control systems to include evaluating Ginnie Mae requirements for management, financial and budget information and developing enhanced systems to satisfy such requirements. The contractor shall advise and assist Ginnie Mae Finance in developing simulations, statistical, actuarial and econometric models. RFP GNMA-96-F-03 will be issued on or about December 13. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. This solicitation has no restriction as to the size of a firm which may offer. SIC 7389 applies.
