Irwin, CA. This effort has a limited scope for expert RDMS software services, and for training on the Base Station and Repeater. These efforts are supplemental to the ongoing CLS contractor efforts at NTC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this proposed contract action from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
