Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained or optionally without pilot consisting of one MD-900 or equal helicopter, in support of National Park Service programs. The initial contract period will be for the approximate period April 17, 1997, to December 15, 1997 and will include two one-year options starting December 16 and ending December 15.
