Contracting Officer. Pre-Solicitation Notice - The work includes the
removal of a Fuel Filling Station consisting of Building No. 1A-17,
four 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks, associated piping, pumps,
apurtenances, contaminated soils, asbestos, lead paint, etc. and
backfilling with clean soil removed from the new gasoline station site.
It also includes the construction of a new fuel filling station on the
corner of ''B'' street and Shops Drive, and a prefabricated bilding,
canopy, air compressor, underground storage tanks, concrete vaults,
dispensers, loading arms, lighting, electrical work, concrete slabs,
hose reel, compressed air piping, domestic cold water piping, gasoline
and diesel fuel piping, etc. Estimated construction cost is between
$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This project is
unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542 and the annual
size standard is $17million. Contract duration is 300 calendar days.
Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 16 December
