Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facility in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area as identified above. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000 to $250,000. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $1,000,000. Offerors will be evaluated using Source Selection Procedures/ Greatest Value Method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make three to five awards under the subject solicitation. Individual task orders will be placing utilizing prepriced line items considering price and other factors stated in the solicitation, or requests for quotations for nonline item work will be competed among the firms selected under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis.
