Provide all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and work necessary to complete project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Fuel Facility Maintenance and Repairs. Work includes Repair work and Minor construction work. Repair work is not subject to a Statutory Limitation and consists of removal of product saver and piping. New high level alarm work, piping and product savers. Minor construction work is subject to Statutory Limitation of $300,000.00 and consists of products savers pumps, sectionalizing terminal, service & distribution lines & pad mounted transformers. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation package will be available on or about 17 Dec 96 with a BOD of 15 Jan 96. Project is to be completed within 300 calendar days of NTP. Packages will be sent upon written request. Requests shall include size of business. This project is open to both large and small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. (0325)
