The project consists of, but not limited to, the removal of all existing deck membranes and coatings from the substrate surface; proper plotting, and recording of all deteriorated deck surfaces and deficiencies; repair and/or removal of all deteriorated and deficient areas of the exposed deck surface; removal of the existing control joint sealants and installation of new control beam joint sealants; proper repair of all cracks; proper surface preparation of all substrates, to include wall flashings and deck penetrations, to receive the waterproof coating system; application of Fire Rated Waterproof deck covering.
