This is a notice of intent to negotiate with David Clark Company, 360 Franklin Street, Worchester, MA 01604 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 6 ea of a master station intercom p/n U3800 and 78 ea of a remote station intercom p/n EL40317G-01 and 18 ea of a junction module intercom p/n U3803 and 6 ea of a radio interface intercom p/n U3810 brand name David Clark. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with David Clark to avoid and prevent unnecessary new development/engineering costs for required intercom equipment that are needed to be physically, functionally, and electronically compatible with the master station intercom. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Bldg 115, MS-9, St. Inigoes, MD 20684 within 21 days after contract award.
