King, Code 210.52 (904) 779-3050 or facsimile (904) 779-3061 The Government intends to award a sole source contract with DIT-MCO International, 5612 Brighton Terrance, Kansas City, MO 64130 for six (6) each 9504 upgrades to the 9100 Series Automatic Test System Upgrade. Each upgrade consists of a switching control board, cabel, operation & maintenance manuals, one set of operating software to include Editors and calibration tool. Six (6) each Digital Comparator Subsystem (DCS) III upgrades. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. Delivery shall be completed within 6 months after contract award. DIT-MCO International is the original manufacture of the 9100 Series Automatic Test System and holds all proprietary rights to the system and all upgrades. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting a capability statement. The capabaility statement must provide adequate information and qualifications of your ability to provide the requested upgrades in order for the Government to consider whether to open this request for competition. However, all capability statements received within 45 days after date of preparation of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government.
