FISC Det Phila intends to purchase NATIONAL COLLEGE CATALOGS (96/97 EDITION) ON CD ROM from Career Guidance Foundation of San Diego, CA on a sole source basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government shall not pay for any information received. This CD ROM shall contain a complete catalog text on 3,600 colleges plus 2 year and 4 year graduate schools, complete course descriptions, academic policies, faculty info, financial aid, the academic calendar and an Instant Search feature that quickly finds the college of choice. Each college text shall include information on majors, tuition, state enrollment, degrees, affiliation, accreditation details, college address and phone number, SAT-ACT requirements and other admissions standards.
