The United States Department of Education has a requirement to conduct the third cycle of the National Study of Postsecondary Faculty (NSOPF -99). NSOPF-99 will consist of 2 components 1) a faculty survey and 2) and institution survey that will provide a national profile of faculty and instructional staff in 4-year ( doctoral-granting and other 4-year) and 2-year higher education institutions. RFP-97-002 will be issued on or about 12/5/96. The closing date is 01/16/97. Requests for copies of the RFP may be made by telephone or mail, telegram or in person.
