B -- B-ENGINEERING STUDY AND ANALYSIS SOL N00019-94-G-0051 POC Contact, Emily Harman, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a time and materials order to Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Owego, NY (LMFS-Owego) under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0051 for an engineering study and analysis. The contractor shall conduct an independent assesment of the feasibility and constraints of incorporating a Parametric Dippping Sonar - Airborne Low Frequency Sonar system into the SH-60R weapons suite. LMFS-Owego is the sole developer and integrator of the SH-60R avionics suite and therefore, is the only known source with the expertise, technical data, equipment, and experienced personnel necessary to perform the required engineering study and analysis.
