The nurse practitioner shall be a certified registered nurse, be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and hold current registration as a registered nurse and be a graduate of an approved Women's Health (Adult/Family/OB/GYN) Nurse practitioner program. The nurse practitioner shall maintain a current license to practice nursing in at least one state in the United States. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
