Furnish all labor, materials, testing equipment and replacement parts
to perform maintenance, repair and emergency repair to HVACR Systems,
temperature controls, humidity controls and steam distribution system
located throughout the Installation. NARRATIVE IS REQUIRED to guarantee
that: employees are trained, certified and possess the skills,
knowledge and abilities to (1) troubleshoot, adjust and maintain
specific types of equipment, electronic and pneumatic temperature and
humidity control systems, including all systems listed as critical, (2)
handle ozone depleting substances, chemicals and products and that (3)
they have parts in stock and instruments, tools and implements on hand
or that can be accessed within six hours round-the-clock to effect
routine and emergency repair (4) they have refrigerant recovery
equipment listed by UL as suitable for use of CFCs, HCFCs and other
ozone depleting substances, chemicals and products. One year contract
with two option years, all based upon availability of funds.
Performance commencing 30 Jun 97. Commercial time-and-materials service
contract contemplated. Site inspection scheduled. Specify size as large
or small. The size standard for this solicitation is $5.0M. See
