Estimated annual air ticketsales of $2M; however, many requirements include the management of an on-site facility and an off-site facility to be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Further, hours of operation at both locations will be mondaythrough Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, and 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM on saturdays. The sitemanager dedicated to the contract must be accessible on a 24 hour basis. All employees must pass security clearances. a rebate on official air sales will be required. The contractor must be capable and experienced with negotiations for lodging transportation catering, and especially air charters. A total of four travel reservation agents shall be dedicated to the account. This solicitation will be competed under full and open competition. The incumbent contractor is American express trs Co., Inc. There is no schedule ''B'' pricing information as the current and future contracts are no cost contracts.
